Porte Summit

​The Porte Summit, held on August 15, 2023, at The Vancouver Club, was a resounding success, bringing together over 80 youth from Metro Vancouver. This transformative event aimed to equip students with the frameworks to distinguish themselves through social impact projects for academic and professional success. ​

Esteemed Speakers and Mentors

The summit featured distinguished speakers, including Dr. Sousan Abadian (Ph.D.), a Harvard Leadership Expert, and Mr. Robin McLay (MPA) from Fulbright, who generously shared their personal experiences and wisdom on how young people today can become desirable leaders. Their insights provided attendees with valuable perspectives on leadership and personal development.​

Engaging Sessions and Workshops

Participants had the opportunity to engage in interactive sessions and workshops led by mentors from top 20 universities. These sessions covered various topics, including navigating college admissions, developing leadership skills, and initiating impactful community projects. The mentors shared their experiences and provided guidance on how to leverage social impact initiatives to stand out in academic and professional arenas.​
